The Workshop on preparation of Medium Term Agency Results Framework (MTARF) for the Eastern Province was conducted on 23 & 24th July 2012 at the Conference Hall of the EPC in Varothayanagar, Trincomalee.

It was the Seventh workshop conducted by the Finance Commission in the series of workshops being conducted for the other provinces as directed by the Presidential Secretariat. The aim of this workshop was to facilitate the provincial ministries and departments on the preparation of Medium Term Agency Results Framework for each Province. This was organized in collaboration with the Eastern Provincial Council.

கிழக்கு மாகாண சுகாதார அமைச்சில் சேவையாற்றி ஓய்வு பெற்றுச் செல்லும் பணிப்பாளர் (வேலைகள்) திரு.எம்.ஏ.பிரான்ஸிஸ் (எந்திரி. வகுப்பு 1) அவர்கள் மற்றும் திரு. ரி.நாகராஜா, முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் வகுப்பு 1 அவர்களுக்கான பிரியாவிடை வைபவமும் சேவைநலன் பாராட்டும் அமைச்சில் சேவையாற்றி இடமாற்றம் பெற்றுச் செல்லும் திரு. கோ.சற்குணலிங்கம், நிர்வாக உத்தியோகத்தர் அவர்களுக்கான பிரியாவிடை வைபவமும் 17.07.2012 மாலை 02.30 மணியளவில் சுகாதார அமைச்சு கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் அமைச்சின் செயலாளர் திரு. யூஎல்ஏ.அஸீஸ் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.

சுகாதார அமைச்சின் உத்தியோகத்தர்கள்/ஊழியர்கள் கூட்டம் 2012.07.12 ம் திகதி பி.ப. 02.30 மணியளவில் அமைச்சின் கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் சுகாதார அமைச்சின் செயலாளர் யூஎல்ஏ.அஸீஸ் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.

 

26.03.2012 இல் நடைபெற்ற கூட்டத்தில் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்ட விடயங்கள் மீளாய்வு செய்யப்பட்டு அதன் பெறுபேறுகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டன.

அதன் பின்னர் கீழ்வரும் விடயங்கள் ஆரையாப்பட்டு அதற்கான நடவடிக்கை உத்தியோகத்தர்களும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர்.

New Japanese Loan for Developing Kaluwanchikudy Base Hospital

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) agreed with Government of Sri Lanka (GoSL) for the improvement of Basic Social Services targeting the lagging behind regions.

355 Million Rupees allocated for this project and approved by the cabinet of Members on 01.06.2012.

From this Project, Base Hospital of Kaluwanchikudy was selected to implement this project. Steering committee and Project implementing unit were selected for this project. 

Chief Secretary of Eastern Province was appointed as Chairman of Steering Committee and the following staff were the members of this Project.

Project manager of the Project Implementing Unit (PIU) was Dr. M. Thevarajan, PDHS, EP

1st meeting was held on 10.07.2012 to decide the Chairman for the Interview Board and confirm the members of the PIU. Mr. ULA. Azeez, Secretary of the Minisry of Health, EP was selected as interview board chairman.

சேவையிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெறல் - திரு.ரி.நாகராஜா, மு.உ. வகுப்பு 1

கிழக்கு மாகாண சுகாதார அமைச்சில் பணியாற்றும் திரு. ரி.நாகராஜா, முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர் வகுப்பு 1 அவர்கள் 09.07.2012 இலிருந்து தனது 60 வது வயதில் ஓய்வு பெற்றுச் செல்கின்றார். இவர் சுமார் 30 வருடம் அரச சேவையில் சேவையாற்றிய சிரேஷ்ட உத்தியோகத்தராவார். இவர் 21.06.1982 இல் சேவையில் இணைந்து பல அலுவலகங்களில் கடமையாற்றி பழுத்த நிர்வாகம் தெரிந்த உத்தியோகத்தராவார்.

அவரின் ஓய்வூதியத்தின் பின்னரான காலம் சாந்தியும் சமாதானமும் நிறைந்ததாக அமைவதற்கு இறைவன் உதவியாயிருப்பான் என்று செயலாளர், உதவிச் செயலாளர், திட்டமிடல் பணிப்பாளர் மற்றும் அமைச்சின் அனைத்து அலுவலர்களும் வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்தார்கள்.
